As an SAP ERP QA Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and stability of our SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. You will be responsible for end-to-end QA delivery for large-scale SAP implementation and enhancement projects, working closely with functional teams, technical collaborators, and business partners to ensure our ERP solutions are reliable and "fit for purpose." This role demands strong SAP domain expertise, hands-on leadership, and the ability to drive testing in a fast-paced, enterprise delivery environment.
You will lead test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across SAP workstreams, while mentoring QA engineers and guiding multi-functional teams in quality standards. Your day-to-day involves defining quality benchmarks, coordinating with multiple QA teams to ensure validation across eCommerce and CRM platforms, and serving as the primary QA interface for business partners to provide insight into test progress and release readiness.
