As a Manager in the SAP Customer team, you will lead the Lead to Cash transformation for our clients, supporting both traditional business models and next-generation XaaS (Anything as a Service) models. Your primary focus will be on end-to-end SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) implementations, utilizing a suite of solutions including SAP C/4 Sales, Service, and Marketing cloud, SAP CPQ, SAP Commerce, SAP Subscription Billing, and SAP S/4 Sales and Distribution.
In this role, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will lead every phase of the implementation lifecycle, manage technical staff, and oversee client accounts with a focus on strategic planning. Beyond technical delivery, you will mentor and develop junior staff, cultivating meaningful client relationships and ensuring project success while maintaining premium standards. You will be expected to act as a purpose-led, values-driven leader, utilizing the PwC Professional framework to continuously develop new skills and navigate a constantly changing world.
