About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of our supply chain, responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to ensure the on-time delivery of materials and finished goods. In this role, you will work closely with carriers, production, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product flow and high service levels. About Our Location

This role is based fully onsite at our Cudahy, Wisconsin location. Cudahy is a quaint community in Milwaukee County where clean neighborhoods mingle with acres of parkland, major transportation access, and big-city attractions, all within an arm's reach while maintaining a small-town feel. The area features six county parks, 823 acres of parkland, seasonal farmers markets, and miles of beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline.

The region is home to major league sports teams, including the Milwaukee Bucks and Milwaukee Brewers, with Lambeau Field just two hours away. Traveling in and out of the area is convenient, with General Mitchell International Airport minutes away and Chicago O'Hare International Airport just over an hour away.

Our Cudahy location boasts a 150-year history through the Vilter brand, telling a rich story of perseverance and drive to cultivate continuous innovation within the industrial refrigeration and gas compression industries. Approximately 300 employees work here, supporting a multitude of business functions under one roof, creating many opportunities for advancement within the community.
