This position is located within our Food Enterprise, where we are dedicated to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. In this role, you will operate powered equipment and engines to move rail cars into and through the yard, while managing control panels to handle loading and unloading processes for various bulk materials from trucks, trains, and water vessels. You will monitor operations to ensure efficiency and reliability, performing manual preparations, inspections, and documentation as required. A key part of your day involves promoting a culture of zero fatalities, injuries, and illnesses, while proactively mitigating environmental impacts and business risks. You will work with minimal supervision in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, adhering to strict safety policies and standard operating procedures.

High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years of equivalent work experience. Ability to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment. At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment such as a front-end loader or wheel loader. Driver's License. Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Working knowledge of inventory systems.
