About the Role
The Strategic Sourcing Manager is a pivotal leader dedicated to advancing the division's sourcing strategy through high-impact initiatives and measurable financial results. This role goes beyond simple purchasing; it involves developing and executing comprehensive strategies that generate business value through deep market intelligence, rigorous cost analysis, risk reduction, and supplier performance management. You will be the guardian of supply continuity, monitoring key supplier markets and providing critical cost inputs for annual planning to ensure an uninterrupted flow of materials and products.
In this position, you will lead cross-functional teams to implement sourcing strategies that align with operational, financial, and technical goals. A key aspect of the role involves managing strategic supplier relationships and overseeing direct reports across our Olathe, KS; Easton, MD; and Tucker, GA facilities. By fostering collaboration and ensuring consistent execution of procurement processes, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
The incumbent will be based at either the Tucker, Georgia, or Olathe, Kansas locations and will report directly to the Division Operations Director.
