The Warehouse Data Entry Clerk serves as a critical administrative hub within the logistics operations, ensuring the seamless flow of information between physical inventory and digital records. This position is designed to maintain the integrity of the Warehouse Management System by managing order routing, resolving count discrepancies, and overseeing the documentation required for inbound and outbound shipments.
In this role, you will coordinate the daily flow of orders and manage appointments for truck drivers, acting as a liaison between the warehouse floor, shipping departments, and external customers. The day-to-day rhythm involves meticulous data entry, auditing paperwork, and assigning tags to ensure timely order delivery. Success in this position requires a balance of administrative precision and the ability to communicate effectively with material handlers and drivers to keep operations moving efficiently.
