The Specialty Loan Advisor Group Supervisor serves as a vital leader within our Contact Center, overseeing the Special Loans Teams. This in-office team is dedicated to servicing business purpose mortgage loans and handling escalated customer concerns through voice and digital channels. The role focuses on executing strategies to minimize loss severity and frequency on an assigned mortgage portfolio while ensuring end-to-end servicing needs are met for both customers and clients.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily execution, coaching direct reports, and delivering exemplary service. You will collaborate with the management team to drive procedural changes, process improvements, and employee experience strategies that prioritize people. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on engagement to help evolve success measurements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
