About the Role

The Relationship Banker develops and cultivates long-term client relationships by providing insight, advice, and personalized financial solutions. This role is designed for those who are active in their communities through outreach efforts and service with community organizations.

You will act as a trusted advisor, consulting with clients over the lifecycle of the relationship to uncover needs and advise on product alternatives that align with their financial objectives. Your day-to-day involves deepening existing relationships through cross-selling, establishing new banking connections, and educating clients on digital solutions like mobile and online banking. Whether resolving complex service issues or executing transactions with precision, you will ensure clients feel supported and valued.

There are two levels within this role: Relationship Banker and Relationship Banker II. The latter offers the opportunity to manage an assigned client portfolio and requires advanced proficiency in the role. Positions may be based at a specific banking center or serve as a "Market" position supporting all centers in a defined area.
