The Relationship Banker is a vital link in our community, developing and cultivating long-term client relationships by providing insight, advice, and personalized financial solutions. This role is about more than just transactions; it is about retaining and deepening existing client relationships while establishing new banking connections.
In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on digital solutions and resolving servicing issues with care. You will be active in your community through outreach efforts and service with local organizations, reflecting our bank's commitment to being a neighbor first. Whether you are in a specific banking center or supporting a broader market, your work directly contributes to the financial success of our clients and the vitality of the communities we serve.
There are two levels of Relationship Banker, allowing for growth based on your experience and performance. Bankers must demonstrate completion of required training programs, licensing, and acceptable performance to be considered for advancement. We encourage participation in our Relationship Banker Development Program to demonstrate advanced proficiency and support your journey from a foundational role to managing assigned client portfolios.
