The Relationship Banker is a vital link in our community, developing and cultivating long-term client relationships by providing insight, advice, and personalized financial solutions. This role is about more than just transactions; it is about retaining and deepening existing client relationships while establishing new banking connections.
In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on digital solutions and resolving servicing issues with care. You will be active in your community through outreach efforts and service with local organizations. Whether you are in a specific banking center or supporting a broader market, your work directly contributes to the financial success of our clients and the bank.
There are two levels of Relationship Banker, depending on banking experience. Positions may be based at a specific banking center or serve as a "Market" position supporting all centers in a defined area. We encourage professional development through required training programs, licensing, and specialized training. Relationship Banker II roles offer the opportunity to manage an assigned client portfolio and participate in the Relationship Banker Development Program to demonstrate advanced proficiency.
