About the Role

Old National Bank is seeking a Market Relationship Banker to join our Community Banking Team. This position is unique; it will allow you to work at several different branches, giving you the opportunity to know the personalities at each location.

As a Relationship Banker, you will develop and cultivate long-term client relationships by providing insight, advice, and personalized financial solutions. You will be active in your communities through outreach efforts and service with community organizations. The role involves retaining and deepening existing client relationships while establishing new banking connections. You will serve as a bridge between clients and our broader suite of product partners, including Mortgage, Investments, Small Business, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Private Banking, and Wealth Management.
