As the Supervisor, Retirement Benefits, you will lead the daily operations of our Retirement Benefits team, ensuring alignment with company guidelines, client needs, and strict regulatory requirements. This role exists to provide the leadership and oversight necessary to maintain the integrity of retirement benefit processing, from applications and calculations to final payments.
In this position, you will foster a culture of accountability and growth, developing staff through performance management, goal setting, and effective employee relations. You will serve as a key representative for the Retirement Benefits Operations organization, participating in national initiatives and communicating critical policy changes to ensure seamless operational execution. Your day will involve balancing the strategic oversight of unit meetings and production metrics with the hands-on resolution of escalated issues and complex benefit calculations.
