The Office Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Transportation Department, acting as the critical link between administrative oversight and daily dispatch operations. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring the integrity of departmental systems while managing the complex logistics of a large-scale transportation network.
You will be the central point of contact for departmental records and office flow, bridging the gap between financial management, personnel compliance, and field operations. From managing payroll and budget allocations to overseeing critical compliance functions like drug and alcohol testing, your work ensures a seamless, efficient, and compliant environment for our drivers and students. This is a year-round position designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting where organizational skills and problem-solving are essential to keeping our transportation services running smoothly.
