The Operations Coordinator- Service role is a vital component of our Las Vegas branch, acting as the central hub that connects field technicians, dispatch, management, and customers.
About the Role
This position is designed to ensure the service operations department functions efficiently and cost-effectively. You will serve as the primary liaison between branch operations and regional dispatch, managing the flow of information that keeps our elevator maintenance and installation services running smoothly. Your day will involve coordinating complex administrative tasks, from managing on-call lists and technician schedules to handling critical safety inspection tickets and payroll documentation.
You will be the bridge between the field and the office, assisting mechanics with IT downloads and tool orders while simultaneously managing high-profile customer reports and national account updates. By maintaining shared calendars, tracking system audits, and ensuring accurate invoicing, you will play a key role in supporting our commitment to operational excellence and safety compliance.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verifiedOne-year certificate from college or technical school
- verifiedThree to six months related experience in basic business administration
- verifiedOracle database knowledge preferred
