About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the ID1 rotating shift within our Production Operations department. This role is critical for maintaining workflow, safety compliance, and production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As the leader of the shift, you will oversee daily production activities and guide production teams to meet operational targets. Your day will involve monitoring equipment and output, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. You will also be responsible for training and coaching employees to maintain high productivity while accurately completing shift reports and logs.
