About the Role
This is a full-time night shift position within our Plant Production team, operating on a consistent rotating schedule from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will ensure the safe and efficient movement of products while maintaining the highest standards of inventory integrity and product safety. This role is critical to meeting our daily production demands and supporting the seamless flow of goods in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with materials leadership to proactively communicate any material issues and actively participate in shift exchanges and continuous improvement activities. The position may also involve providing limited work direction to Case Stackers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team dynamic.
