About the Role
Pennsylvania American Water is seeking a Maintenance Services Supervisor to join our team in Butler, PA. This role is designed for a hands-on professional who thrives on troubleshooting mechanical issues and possesses a strong maintenance background. You will serve as the operational anchor for the Butler wastewater treatment plant, overseeing routine and preventative maintenance, as well as managing pump and lift stations in the local area.
Working under the direction of the Manager of Operations, you will coordinate maintenance activities to ensure they are performed timely, safely, and within budget. Your day-to-day involves direct supervision of the maintenance team, managing spares and consumables, and frequently collaborating with contractors to ensure compliance. You will be the bridge between technical execution and strategic goals, ensuring equipment O&M manuals are followed, record drawings are updated, and regular inspections and calibrations are performed. This position requires a blend of technical acumen and people leadership to drive operational efficiency and safety culture.
