Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is a 100+ year aerospace manufacturing leader trusted by commercial, regional, corporate, and military aircraft manufacturers worldwide. We produce precision aluminum and magnesium components that support critical flight systems. Innovation is part of our history, and we are investing in the next generation of manufacturing with a new state-of-the-art facility in Mendota Heights.
We are opening a brand-new, high-tech plant and looking for an Automation Maintenance Technician to be part of something from day one. This is a rare opportunity to help shape how maintenance systems, standards, and reliability programs are built in a new facility. You will play a critical role in keeping advanced manufacturing systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably from the very start. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, highly technical, and part of building something new from the ground up.
