About the Role
This position serves as a critical support function for site facilities, ensuring the continuous and safe operation of complex industrial infrastructure. The role is designed for a versatile technician who can navigate the intersection of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
You will be the first line of defense for site reliability, performing a wide range of maintenance activities from routine preventive checks to complex troubleshooting of low, medium, and high voltage equipment. Your work directly impacts the facility's ability to meet production goals by maintaining critical systems such as toxic gas monitoring, ultra-pure water (UPW) systems, industrial waste treatment, and HVAC infrastructure.
The day-to-day rhythm involves a mix of scheduled preventive maintenance, reactive trouble calls, and project-based tasks like system commissioning and vendor coordination. You will interpret complex schematics, apply predictive maintenance concepts like thermographic inspections, and utilize Lean and 5S methodologies to drive efficiency. This role requires adaptability, as you may be called upon to work non-standard shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 operations.

Requirements
