About the Role
This position serves as a critical support function within our manufacturing facilities, performing advanced electrical installations, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs. The role is designed for a self-starter who can troubleshoot complex issues and execute preventative maintenance duties with minimal supervision. You will be the primary liaison with equipment suppliers and responsible for maintaining accurate databases for equipment and system records.
In this role, you will ensure the proper working order of plant systems by installing and modifying equipment according to manufacturer specifications. You will establish preventative maintenance schedules, recommend operational enhancements, and report any unsafe conditions or defective materials to supervisors. The position requires the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics while managing work order requests in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
