The Service Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of our equipment across profit centers and customer locations. This position is designed for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional service while mastering the technical aspects of equipment repair and maintenance. You will be the face of the company on-site, responsible for diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring equipment is returned to optimal working order.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of scheduled preventative maintenance, emergency service calls, and new equipment installations. You will collaborate directly with customers to resolve questions and complaints, fostering positive relationships that reflect our commitment to quality. From cleaning and maintaining specific assets like brewers and decanters to managing spare parts and vehicle organization, this role requires a hands-on approach to keeping our partners' operations running smoothly.
