About the Role

The Systems Specialist III serves as a pivotal technical leader within our field operations, bridging the gap between complex engineering designs and on-site execution. This role is designed for a professional with advanced technical skills who manages multiple projects simultaneously while handling greater customer interaction than junior specialists.

In this position, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of automation systems, from project coordination and job start-up to programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting. You will not only perform critical programming and graphics setup but also lead the verification and commissioning process according to BCS standards. A key aspect of this role is mentorship; you will manage and direct other Systems Specialists, ensuring tasks are accomplished correctly and efficiently. You will also provide technical training to end-users and field labor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety on every jobsite.
