As a Maintenance Manager Federal, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the maintenance staff under minimal supervision. This role is designed to ensure the seamless functioning of facilities by planning, assigning, and monitoring workloads while evaluating the performance of both employees and contractors. You will serve as a technical guide, offering advice on complex matters related to electrical engineering, HVAC mechanics, painting, and fire alarm systems.
