About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical PM/Estimator to join our Statesboro office. This position is designed for a highly skilled professional who is well-met, enjoys collaboration, and possesses a strong desire to advance into Executive Management. We are actively grooming leadership talent for future roles in operations management and business development.
In this role, you will serve as a bridge between our trade expertise and strategic growth. You will manage commercial, K-12, higher education, and medical facility projects, handling everything from conceptual design pricing to hard bid execution. Your work will directly influence how we deliver complex projects while preparing you for a leadership trajectory within the company.

Requirements
- verified5-10 years mechanical subcontracting experience as PM or estimator
- verified4-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and experience
- verifiedDriver's License
- verifiedPortfolio of projects in $1 million to $10 million range
- verifiedKnowledge of Mechanical (Wet side and Dry side), BMS Controls, and Ductwork
- verifiedUnderstanding of AutoCAD or Revit design software
