We are seeking an exceptional Supervisor Maintenance Planner to join our team at either Fort Smallwood Shops in Baltimore, MD, or Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Plant in Lusby, MD. This role is critical to ensuring our facilities remain safe and reliable while supporting our broader maintenance planning goals.
In this position, you will directly supervise, develop, and coach a team of maintenance planners. Your day will involve assigning and coordinating daily work activities to ensure a productive workforce that adheres to the Quality Assurance Manual, company policies, and all local, state, and federal regulations. You will provide supervisory oversight for the planning of work packages, ensuring they align with Clean Energy Center (CEC) procedures and maintain the highest quality standards.
Beyond daily supervision, you will analyze work processes and assist in developing recommendations for the Maintenance Planning Manager to drive strategic improvements. When not performing supervisory duties, you will actively plan work packages as applicable. Additionally, you will serve as a backup to the Manager Maintenance Planning, stepping in to lead the department during their absence. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, technical oversight, and hands-on planning to support both scheduled and emergent work conditions.

The expected salary range for this position is $133,200 to $148,000, which varies based on experience, along with the comprehensive benefits package described above.
