We are seeking an outstanding Supervisor for Maintenance Instrumentation and Control to join our Dresden Nuclear Power Station team in Morris, Illinois. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the supervision, assignment, and coordination of Maintenance Division activities. Your mission is to ensure a productive workforce that supports all divisional, departmental, Clean Energy Center (CEC), and corporate goals while adhering to all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
You will interface with department schedulers and planners to execute work, providing recommendations on training and procedure changes to support safe and efficient operations. As a key member of the Emergency Plan team, you will foster open communication and collaboration between all internal and external organizations, including the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) and regulatory agencies. This position is vital to the safe and efficient operation of the CEC, ensuring that assigned work is properly assigned, planned, and ready to execute during online operations, load reductions, forced outages, and refuel outages.

Previous Maintenance Instrumentation & Control experience. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Fluency in electronic work management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel. 3 years minimum experience in nuclear power plant operations.
