Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupervise craft personnel to ensure safe and effective maintenance activities
- check_circleSupervise vendor inspections and repair of CEC equipment
- check_circleAdminister training programs, surveillance programs, and procedure revisions
- check_circleCommunicate significant issues to Maintenance Manager and applicable management levels
- check_circleCoordinate work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outage activities
- check_circleAdminister coaching, mentoring, and performance management for assigned employees
- check_circleEnsure compliance with NRC regulations and CEC procedures
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experience OR Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 4 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2 years of related experience
- verifiedMaintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements
- verifiedFavorable medical examination and/or testing
- verifiedAbility to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- verifiedFluent in electronic work management system, Microsoft Word, Excel
- verified3 years minimum experience in nuclear power plant operations
