Constellation is seeking an outstanding Supervisor for Maintenance Instrumentation and Control for the Dresden Nuclear Power Station team in Morris, Illinois. This role is directly responsible for the supervision, assignment, and coordination of Maintenance Division activities to ensure a productive workforce that supports all divisional, departmental, Clean Energy Center (CEC), and corporate goals while adhering to all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
In this position, you will interface with department schedulers and planners to plan and execute work, providing recommendations on training and procedure changes to support safe and efficient operations. You will serve as a key member of the Emergency Plan team, ensuring that all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers. Your day-to-day involves administering coaching and performance management, fostering open communication between internal and external organizations, and participating in critical work control meetings regarding outages and load reductions. You will also supervise vendor inspections and ensure the effective procurement and use of materials and tools to support the safe and efficient operation of the CEC.
