We are seeking an exceptional Supervisor Maintenance Planner to join our team at Fort Smallwood Shops in Baltimore, MD, or Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Plant in Lusby, MD. In this role, you will directly supervise, develop, and coach a team of planners, ensuring a productive workforce that supports all Maintenance Planning goals. Your leadership will be critical in coordinating and executing daily work activities in strict accordance with the Quality Assurance Manual, company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations.
You will provide supervisory oversight for the planning of work packages, ensuring they align with Clean Energy Center (CEC) procedures to maintain the highest quality and ensure the facility remains safe and reliable. Beyond daily supervision, you will analyze processes and assist in developing recommendations for the Maintenance Planning Manager to drive strategic improvements. When not performing supervisory duties, you will actively plan work packages and serve as a backup to the Manager Maintenance Planning during their absence.
