Our mission is to make a unique impact in local communities by improving the health of residents and creating educational and career opportunities.
Within the IT&S Enterprise Business Information Systems department, our team ensures the reliability and security of critical enterprise applications. We support the infrastructure that powers PeopleSoft Financials, Supply Chain, HR, and Payroll systems, enabling the organization to deliver best-in-class work experiences and care to every member of the team and the community.
The Supervisor, EBIS serves as a strategic leader overseeing system administrators and technical resources. This role exists to ensure the seamless implementation of new interfaces, solutions, and product upgrades while maintaining robust production support for our enterprise business applications. You will act as the bridge between technical execution and stakeholder expectations, orchestrating disaster recovery planning and maintaining strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
In this position, you will manage a diverse portfolio of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties. Your day-to-day involves assisting in the planning and design of application platform lifecycles, performing routine monitoring of web and application servers, and coordinating hardware and software efforts with the IT&S infrastructure team. You will also provide backup support as a Security Administrator, debug production-critical problems, and utilize continuous quality improvement principles to enhance organizational functions.
A key aspect of this role is fostering a culture of growth through the assessment, coaching, mentoring, and onboarding of new employees. You will oversee user requests in the incident tracking system, transforming them into a knowledge base while prioritizing root cause analysis and proactive resolutions. Success in this role requires the ability to reprioritize projects based on customer needs and manage a variety of projects from specification to status reporting, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.
Candidates selected for this position will be evaluated based on their experience in leading system maintenance projects, managing IT resources, and collaborating with stakeholders. The interview process will assess technical depth in system architecture (databases, OCI, Google Cloud, AWS) as well as leadership capabilities in building consensus and meeting stakeholder expectations.
