Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is dedicated to developing policies and providing essential services that improve the well-being and quality of life for all Minnesotans. As part of the DCT Financial Operations Team within the DCT Finance Accounts Payable unit, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems. This position serves as a vital support pillar for the DCT Financial Services staff. You will be responsible for recommending, developing, and implementing internal accounting procedures while analyzing disbursement trends to maintain proper balance and controls. A key aspect of this role involves providing leadwork direction to Accounting Officers and Account Clerk Seniors, guiding their work assignments and functions related to accounts payable and receivable.
You will act as a bridge between financial analysts, managers, and supervisors, offering support on payment and vendor activities. Your work ensures that DCT, SWIFT, and MMB payment policies are upheld and that internal controls are preserved to assess and mitigate risk.
This role is based at 3200 Labore Rd, Ste 104, Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. The position requires being onsite at least 50% of the time, with a standard day shift schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
