About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager for our Retail Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily branch operations within a high-volume financial services environment. This position exists to ensure the seamless delivery of personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational integrity.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to lead front-line associates, coaching them on sales techniques, customer service excellence, and strict adherence to company policies. Your day-to-day involves managing cash operations, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving escalated customer issues with professionalism. You will also drive community engagement initiatives to build brand awareness and foster a team-oriented environment rooted in growth, accountability, and respect.
