As an Assistant Store Manager for our Retail Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily branch operations within a high-volume financial services environment. This position exists to ensure the seamless delivery of personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational integrity.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to lead front-line associates, coaching them on sales techniques, customer service excellence, and strict adherence to company policies.
