About the Role

This position serves as a vital link between Everwise and our members, responsible for delivering exceptional service across a wide variety of financial needs. You will play a key role in the sales and servicing of all credit union products, with a specific focus on deepening member relationships and growing our members' wallet share with us.

In this role, you will manage a broad spectrum of member service functions with accuracy and timeliness. Your day-to-day activities will involve handling cash transactions, maintaining accounts, opening new accounts, and operating Interactive Teller Machines (ITM). You will also provide critical support to the Member Contact Center. Beyond transactional duties, you will be expected to identify member needs through active listening and open-ended questions, effectively referring members to the appropriate partners or solutions to address their financial goals.

You will work in a fast-paced, diverse, and universal environment where problem-solving and empathy are essential. Whether conducting drawer audits, managing vault duties, or following up on prospect lists, you will ensure that every interaction reflects Everwise's high standards of service and confidentiality.
