About the Role

As a Personal Banker I, you are the first point of contact for many of our customers, setting the standard for what it means to bank with us. You will serve as an empathetic problem-solver who builds relationships with customers spanning generations. Your role is to deliver a banking experience that makes people want to stop by and say hello, acting as their trusted guide on their financial journey.

You will balance personal banking and teller services, ensuring you stand firm in integrity and use good judgment in every situation. Whether advising on deposits and loans, managing risk, or practicing loss prevention, you will take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes. This is a role for someone known for their ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and bring joy to others.
