This position serves as a vital link between Truist and its clients, dedicated to providing timely and efficient completion of transactions while maintaining accurate records and the proper handling of all monies. The role goes beyond standard teller duties to deliver superior quality service by identifying and understanding the client's financial needs. You will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to ensure seamless delivery of Truist expertise.
You will engage clients with a distinctive experience, facilitating courteous conversations and conducting both complex and standardized transactions. A key part of your day involves educating clients on digital and self-service solutions, such as ATMs, online banking, and mobile apps, to enhance their service experience. You will actively support the team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying opportunities to fulfill needs or refer clients to appropriate specialists. Additionally, you will serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling a proportionate volume of work based on branch demands while adhering to internal controls and risk management policies.
