About the Role
As a General Manager at TitleMax in Cullman, AL, you will be the driving force behind the store’s success. In this high-performance, customer-focused environment, you will provide reliable financial solutions to help customers manage everyday challenges. Your mission is to lead your team to grow revenue, uphold compliance, and build brand loyalty through world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleEnforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state regulations
- check_circleConduct opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties
- check_circleHandle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism
- check_circleExamine and process loan and pawn applications while assessing risk within limits
- check_circleSupervise office security, cash management, and loss prevention activities
- check_circleParticipate in employee selection, hiring, retention, and work schedule development
- check_circleMonitor store appearance, planogram, and schedule facility maintenance services
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum two years' experience in supervisory or leadership role
- verifiedOperations experience in a leadership capacity
- verifiedProficiency in phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office
- verifiedValid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle
- verifiedMust be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- verifiedBackground check required
Nice to Have
Associates degree or higher. Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
