Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssess risk of financial transactions and process loan or pawn applications
- check_circleComplete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business
- check_circleOversee account management and recovery processes including collection calls
- check_circleProvide support and coaching to Customer Service Representatives
- check_circleMaintain office security protocols and manage vault and cash drawer
- check_circleConduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data
- check_circleMonitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness
- check_circlePerform duties outside the office including vehicle appraisals and store errands
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- verifiedAt least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
- verifiedProficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- verifiedMust be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- verifiedBackground check required
Nice to Have
Management experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, finance, service, or related industries. Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle.
