The Vice President, Financial Reporting & Regulatory Compliance position is designed for a strategic leader who will plan, execute, and complete the Company's external financial reporting and regulatory compliance processes. Operating with a high level of independence, you will partner closely with the SVP, Financial Reporting to oversee end-to-end regulatory reporting activities. This includes managing critical filings such as the Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-9LP, FR 2900, FR Y-6, and BIC reports, while playing a key role in disclosure governance and the implementation of new regulatory guidance.
In this role, you will lead the optimization of reporting software, manage relationships with internal auditors, and serve as a primary communicator with regulators. Beyond technical execution, you will be responsible for developing high-performing financial reporting professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. You will drive the day-to-day work allocation, review deliverables, and ensure high-quality outputs while navigating complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
