The Vice President, Financial Reporting & Regulatory Compliance is a strategic leadership role responsible for planning, executing, and completing the Company's external financial reporting and regulatory compliance processes. Operating with a high level of independence, you will partner closely with the SVP, Financial Reporting to oversee end-to-end regulatory reporting activities, including the Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-9LP, FR 2900, FR Y-6, and BIC reports.
In this position, you will play a key role in disclosure governance, technical accounting conclusions, and the implementation of new regulatory guidance. You will lead the optimization of reporting software, manage relationships with internal auditors, communicate directly with regulators, and develop a high-performing financial reporting team. Your day-to-day involves ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant filings while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting quality and streamline processes. You will serve as a primary liaison for external auditors, internal audit, and regulators, ensuring strong governance over reporting controls and documentation standards.
