The Vice President, Financial Reporting & Regulatory Compliance is a strategic leadership role responsible for planning, executing, and completing the Company's external financial reporting and regulatory compliance processes. Operating with a high level of independence, you will partner closely with the SVP, Financial Reporting to oversee end-to-end regulatory reporting activities. This includes managing critical filings such as the Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-9LP, FR 2900, FR Y-6, and BIC reports, while playing a key role in disclosure governance, technical accounting conclusions, and the implementation of new regulatory guidance.
In this role, you will lead the optimization of reporting software, manage relationships with internal auditors, and serve as a primary communicator with regulators. You will also be responsible for developing a high-performing financial reporting team, fostering technical excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting quality and streamline processes. Your work will ensure that all filings are accurate, complete, and timely, adhering to Federal Reserve, FDIC, and other applicable regulatory instructions.
