The Vice President, Financial Reporting & Regulatory Compliance is a strategic leadership position responsible for planning, executing, and completing the Company's external financial reporting and regulatory compliance processes. Operating with a high level of independence, you will partner closely with the SVP, Financial Reporting to drive technical accounting expertise, project management, and people leadership.
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end regulatory reporting activities, including the Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-9LP, FR 2900, FR Y-6, and BIC reports. You will play a key role in disclosure governance, reaching technical accounting conclusions, and implementing new regulatory guidance. Beyond reporting, you will lead the optimization of reporting software, manage relationships with internal auditors, communicate directly with regulators, and develop a high-performing team of financial reporting professionals. You will ensure all duties are performed in strict accordance with the Company's policies and all applicable U.S. state and federal laws.
