Superintendent

About the Role

As a Superintendent at Taylor Morrison, you will provide leadership for your assigned community(ies), managing the entire homebuilding construction process. Your mission is to ensure timely completion of homes while meeting financial, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction goals. You will serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, providing clear answers on how their home is built and ensuring the final product meets their expectations.

This role spans a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from project planning and resource allocation to fostering positive subcontractor relations and enforcing site safety. You will manage the construction schedule to deliver the highest quality product on time and within budget, developing recovery strategies when necessary. Beyond the build, you will manage the post-close warranty process, assessing requests and scheduling trades to maintain quality assurance.
