About the Role
The Senior Superintendent I is a pivotal leadership position designed to coordinate project site work activities and supervise on-site work teams for multiple or large, complex construction projects. This role exists to bridge the gap between project planning and execution, requiring a professional who can remain flexible, resourceful, and proactive in an ever-changing environment.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for staff at all levels, anticipating critical issues and opportunities as they arise. Your day will involve managing construction activities, interfacing with various departments to ensure materials and inspections align with the project schedule, and collaborating closely with Project Managers on budgeting and forecasting. You will be responsible for reviewing construction documents for constructability, developing site utilization plans, and conducting effective pre-construction planning sessions. Beyond technical oversight, a core part of your mission is to coach, mentor, and train field personnel, fostering a teamwork environment that prioritizes safety and efficiency.

Requirements
