The Senior Construction Team Lead is a pivotal member of our Restoration Reconstruction Team, working directly with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed professionally, profitably, safely, and on schedule. This role is designed for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a team environment, and understands the impact of their leadership on others.
In this position, you will manage the company field schedule to maximize production efficiency and manpower allocation. You will serve as a bridge between the Claims Department, adjusters, customers, and internal teams to support approvals, supplements, and project profitability. The role involves fostering a positive team culture built on professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement, while coaching team members on leadership, communication, and operational consistency.
