Arrow Service Team is a family-owned leader in the disaster restoration industry, based in Bismarck, ND. Since starting as a small carpet cleaning company in 1979, we have grown to over 75 employees, expanding our services to include fire and water damage restoration, mold removal, trauma cleanup, and emergency board-ups. About the Role

The Senior Construction Team Lead is a pivotal member of our Restoration Reconstruction Team, working directly with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed professionally, profitably, safely, and on schedule. This role is designed for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a team environment, and understands the impact of their leadership on others.

In this position, you will manage the company field schedule to maximize production efficiency and manpower allocation. You will serve as a bridge between the Claims Department, adjusters, customers, and internal teams to support approvals, supplements, and project profitability. The role involves fostering a positive team culture built on professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement, while coaching team members on leadership, communication, and operational consistency.
