Your day-to-day involves guiding projects from the initial damage assessment through to final completion, ensuring that water, fire, mold, and storm damage repairs are delivered with precision, safety, and timely efficiency.
The ideal candidate thrives in a hybrid environment that balances strategic office planning with active field presence. You will frequently visit active construction sites and HOA properties, often responding to emergency situations or coordinating after-hours as needed to keep projects on track.
