About the Role

We are seeking a True Sales Hunter to join our growing Commercial Roofing Group. This role exists to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts while managing the full lifecycle of commercial re-roof and repair projects. You will have the autonomy to run your own projects while growing accounts, serving as the primary client point of contact from scope to closeout.

In this position, you will conduct site walks, develop scopes and pricing, and prepare estimates for repairs and maintenance. You will manage schedules, subcontractors, and materials, while supporting service teams with pricing and inspections. The role offers a direct impact on revenue, client relationships, and project outcomes, supported by a strong pipeline of repeat clients and ongoing work.
