About the Role

The Field Technical Representative (FTR) serves as the "boots on the ground" face of the company for the Warranty/Technical Services team within the Amrize Building Envelope division. Based out of Nashville, this field-based role includes a company truck and a home office, with a primary focus on the Texas territory (ideally Austin or San Antonio).

As a vital member of a growing team, the FTR reports to the Regional Technical Manager. This role is designed for individuals ready to join a people-first company offering best-in-class products and deep industry pride. The position involves conducting in-depth training for licensed roofing contractors on proper application techniques for Elevate, GenFlex, and Gaco roofing products. Additionally, the FTR performs technical inspections of commercial roofing applications for warranty coverage, investigates warranty claims, and provides on-site technical construction assistance to architects, designers, and installers.
