Commercial Roofing Foreman

About the Role

As a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you will lead the daily execution of WTI projects, serving as the critical link between sales, the crew, and the customer. Your primary mission is to ensure every job site operates with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from the initial safety briefing and scope alignment to the final walk-through and documentation.

In this role, you are responsible for managing crew performance, inventory, and project timelines. You will ensure that all field representatives maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service. Beyond technical oversight, you will play a key role in quality control by conducting end-of-day and end-of-project inspections, documenting work performed, and ensuring all repairs meet specifications before leaving the site.
