About the Role

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the construction of homes in assigned communities, serving as the bridge between project inception and move-in. In this position, you will manage job sites, supervise trade partners, and conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and uphold quality standards. You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer care, to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
