We are hiring a Fuel Construction Foreman to lead field operations and oversee job site activities from start to finish. This role is responsible for supervising crews and subcontractors, coordinating daily construction activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in delivering successful projects by balancing safety, schedule, and productivity while representing TAIT professionally on every job site.
All company travel expenses are covered. The role includes an initial training period of approximately 4 weeks in Richardson, TX, involving 25–50% overnight travel. Following training, you can expect 50–75% overnight travel, sometimes spanning 2–3 weeks at a time during peak seasons, with weekends potentially required.
